Take the underground to Oxford Circus Liverpool Street Station, or drive through Stratford station to connect Overground Station (British Rail or whatever it is now called away) Staight Gidea Park.
Minicab services outside the station, or bus at the door if you arrive after 2 bars, waiting only 5 minutes from the station (I recommend drilling PH), do not take the bus, unless you have a lot of time and patience, finally I pointed out that travel time was increased from 5 years and 1.5 to 2 hours.
